Kleemann Front Differential for All 4Matic AMG and MB

What good is power if it cannot be put to the ground? Even a 4Matic vehicle can lose the traction, especially if the engine is upgraded with the largest KLEEMANN K4 system. Launching a 850 HP 1360 NM car with zero loss of traction is a feeling quite spectacular, this is a must have item for all high powered vehicles, of cause in combination with the KLEEMANN LSD for the rear axle as well. Mercedes-Benz manages wheel slippage the Electronic Stability Program(ESP) system. The ESP system will initially apply brake pressure to the spinning wheel to divert power to the opposite drive wheel. If that strategy fails to mitigate wheel slippage, the ECU closes the throttle to further limit wheel spin, far from maximum performance! The ESP system of controlling wheel spin can be seen as a passive (after the fact) solution. The Kleemann Limited Slip Differential (LSD) is a torque sensing mechanism. Progressive transfer of power between drive wheels, but never “locking”, it distributes power seamlessly and instantaneously between both wheels. The driver is never caught off guard by the sudden transfer of power to the opposite wheel. There are no clutches to wear out, and maintenance is as a simple as changing the oil at regular intervals. The Kleemann LSD will provide motive force to both wheels, prevent individual wheel spin and will reduce power interruption from the ESP system. This strategy allows for consistent power delivery to the drive wheels for maximum performance. Kleemann K-Box V8 AMG 63 BiTurbo

The M157 twin turbo engine produces between 525 to 585 HP and 700 to 800 NM (516-590), dependent upon the chassis the motor is installed in. While a full KLEEMANN software tuning generates greater power and gives the additional options of raising the V-max and programming for exhaust system with cat free or race cats, some customers have requested a simple “plug and play” solution. The solution needs to leave no evidence of its installation, and the installation needs to be easy and quick. KLEEMANN has answered this request with the V8 twin turbo K-Box. Utilizing proprietary electronic circuitry, the K-Box elevates the power output of the 5,5 liter turbo engine by up to + 60HP and +80Nm (60 lb-ft). Installation is straight forward, requires only a few simple tools and takes about 60 minutes. User adjustable power trim settings allow the individual to tailor power outputs to their personal tastes.
