Description
In addition to the winch carrier (article no: 7097), the vehicle-specific front panel is required for mounting the winch. The material properties of the chosen aluminium as well as the ingenious shaping allow a defined deformation of the part in the case of a frontal impact. This is the only way LeTech can meet the strict regulations of pedestrian protection, which have to be proven by an extensive series of tests to obtain the TÜV surveyor’s report.
The front panel is black powder-coated – matching the winch carrier – and accommodates the corresponding fairlead.
