| Front coil spring ca. + 40 mm G 400CDI/320CDI/350CDI/500 (388PS)/PUR/Professional (Stock)Because of the extreme high load capacity, that you normally don´t need in civil driving, the PUR/Professional always stands higher at the rear axle than at the front one. With our coil spring for the front axle the car will be lifted ca. 30 mm (this is only the PUR/Professional). The driving comfort doesn´t be affected by this. | Mercedes G with maximum 3,5 to gross vehicle weight full air suspension kitATTENTION: Fitting only possible at ORC !!! The "VB-FullAir4C" complete air suspension It´s a complete automatically (adjustable) solution to upgrade the driving comfort, road handling and security of the G-class. The existing steel coil springs and shock absorbers will be replaced by this complete air suspension system. During driving the car will stay on the programmed driving height. This equates to the standard height with original suspension. sport-mode: From a speed more than 100 km/h the suspension lower the car automatically ca. 20 mm, so you get a better road handling and save fuel. If you drive less than 100 km/h (for longer than 70 seconds), the suspension higher the car automatically back to standard height. parking-mode: The suspension can be lowered max. ca. 55 mm for parking in a garage, for better loading and also for much more comfortable get in and out of the car. In this position the maximum speed is 25 km/h. If you drive faster, the suspension higher the car automatically to the standard height. off-road-mode: In this mode the suspension can higher the car ca. 25-50 mm to get more ground clearance on bad roads. In this height the max. speed is 40 km/h. If you drive faster, the suspension automatically lower the car to standard height. The 2nd shock absorber helps the 1st one to do the work. So both shock absorbers are better protected before overheating. Also the driving comfort get´s much more better, when you have much load in the car. No welding necessary (besides at race sport). The shock absorbers have to be ordered separately.
