Modded Mercedes G 63 4×4 Squared RS Edition Feels Ready for a Life of Adventure

The high-performance division of Mercedes-Benz Cars is ready for the long-promised paradigm shift towards full electrification and, as such, is sending off ICE-powered versions left and right, or at least in the land Down Under. But that does not mean it has completely abandoned the ICE lifestyle.

For example, the company has recently started deliveries of yet another mindlessly offending yet utterly enticing creation – the new generation of the 4×4 Squared G-Class lifestyle. Now the high-performance dune-bashing rock crawler is based on the latest AMG, though, aka the Mercedes-AMG G 63. And, of course, once sales started, the American aftermarket realm was already brimming with joy at the thought of ritzy transformations.

No worries, they were not mistaken – the appeal of the Mercedes-AMG G 63 4×4 Squared has been sent through the roof and it’s a welcome departure from the eternal crossover-style ultra-luxury super-SUV duties of Lambo Urus or Rolls-Royce Cullinan. As such, we have seen the G 63 4×4 Squared do its leg day workout at the Vossen gym, big bad wolves disguised as AMG Red Riding Hoods, or even tweaked units being just a few mods away from deploying freedom and the lot.

Now it is also time to check out a ‘subtle’ adventurer. Well, sort of, since we are dealing with a Mercedes-AMG G 63 4×4 Squared that looks like it was born lifted and only knows how to play with 577 ponies from its twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 mill. It does all that, but I am not so sure about the performance figures (62 mph in 3.9 seconds and 155 mph/250 kph top speed) seen in the description of the post embedded below. It’s more like an advertisement for an E 63 S sedan, frankly, and mostly because a G 63 would not be able to achieve such high speeds on its off-roader tires.

Anyway, that is for the good folks over at Atlanta, Georgia-based Road Show International to account for. After all, now they have yet another ‘subtle’ treat that may or may not cause Mercedes-Benz fans to run amok crying their outrage. Still, I imagine that G-Class aficionados will not be offended by this build, which certainly looks ready to embark on a string of road-trip adventures that will see the owner tour the entire world – if he or she manages to climb the tiny ladder at the back and fit all the necessary luggage on the roof rack without getting hurt, that is.

Well, jokes aside, this G 63 4×4 Squared RS Edition in Steel (exterior) and Pearl (interior) is more than prepared for anything the owner (it may or may not be for sale – but it could also be a VIP’s latest custom ride) throws at it – whether we are talking about mall-crawling duties or dune-bashing shenanigans. Cool, right?

Features of the New Brabus 800 Adventure XLP

BRABUS undoubtedly understands how to win over the local market and give onlookers a wonderful sight to behold, capturing their pleasures and interests. Considering the biggest off-road product project, we go dark and mean with the New Brabus 800 Adventure XLP, having an amazing signature look and the definition of limitless driving excitement.
The modern endowment of power, energy, and perseverance offers premium off-road capabilities and an incredible level of luxury. For those who love adventures, this is a can’t-miss companion, the ultra-go-anywhere pickup characterized by the best performance, bold luxury, and explicit design.

The Brabus incorporates ride control suspension packages with adjustable ride height and dampening to improve the truck’s ability on and off-road. Some standout features are the front and back portal axles, the intense cable winch integrated into the front bodywork, and the roof rack setup. It also has an outstanding spare tire carrier, and the 22-inch Monoblock HD forged rollers allow this fully furnished adventure car to surpass any challenge off the beaten track in style.

Exterior Features of the Brabus 800
Modern production techniques and a matching black finish enhance the pickup’s striking, distinctive design, supported by maximum strength and long life. The external display of the new Brabus 800 Adventure XLP is a sight well pleasing to the eyes and fulfilling to anyone’s imagination.

In conjunction with several brand-new features, such as a high-performance sport exhaust system with an athletic design entirely composed of carbon tailpipe fittings and a comprehensive rollout ambiance light, the latter creates the best acoustics everywhere, and an exclusive Stone Black Metallic color scheme highlights the iconic BRABUS 800 Adventure XLP’s external look. The pickup’s aggressive characteristics are highlighted with carbon fiber pieces applied all around the blacked-out car body for a particularly athletic appearance, underscored by meticulous attention to detail.

Along with the unique vehicle body, an off-roader features one of the most powerful engines in the world. The BRABUS Boost Extra sound device for the bypass valve was created by BRABUS to offer the modified eight-cylinder an even more exhilarating exhaust noise. With it, the turbocharged engine makes a loud blow-off noise whenever the motorist lifts off the lever. And obviously, the BRABUS high-performance vent also contributes to the fascination with sound.

In addition to sounding great, the two side-mounted exhaust pipes on both sides of the vehicle have an even better look, and all owe to an exposed carbon rim with built-in launch ambiance lighting that glows red when the inside lights are turned on.

Although they are a little tacky, this is perhaps the only vehicle that would seem suitable to have “light-up” exhausts installed. However, the nozzles inside the bespoke exhaust are closed by an electrically operated sound management system with a “coming home” configuration that does not overly disturb the neighborhood.
The brand-new BRABUS 800 Adventure XLP provides the greatest power transmission and efficiency engineering both aboard and off the highway. Through a nine-speed automatic transmission that can be switched manually or automatically at the driver’s discretion, the 1000 Nm of unwavering power is promptly conveyed to any territory. The BRABUS 800 XLP Adventure is among the world’s fastest rides, reaching a maximum speed electronically limited at 210 kilometers per hour.

Interior Features of the Brabus 800
The interior design is not left out from all the praise absorbed by the Brabus pickup, as the all-around luxurious theme still extends to this portion of the vehicle. Unparalleled attention to detail is featured in this outstanding interior design, which is both luxurious and individually created. Each one of these vehicles has the potential to be completely different and unique, with customers being able to specify both the design and the color of the interior furnishings.
In a desire to maintain the original amount of room provided for just the rear passengers inside their precision cabin while offering a roomy back bed portion in this adventure series, BRABUS decided to essentially extend the initial SUV by 50 cm (20 inches). While the doors are opened, the running boards of the BRABUS 800 Adventure XLP lower and even contain LED lights to provide some illumination when parked in a darkened facility.

Combining attractive aluminum parts fabricated from sheet steel, including the paddle, brakes, and door lock clips, with carbon fiber accents on the steering wheel, the navigation system, center console, and door handles, as well as flexible BRABUS shift paddles, gives the new Brabus 800 Adventure XLP its remarkable and distinctive look. Despite the impressive added features, the hood air inlet, windshield, radiator grille engulf, wing mirrors, and the panel on the trunk lid, complete with the BRABUS engraved logo, are all made of the same lightweight construction fiber material. The central dashboard is decorated with a Panerai Luminor designer analog timepiece.

Customers can nearly choose any hue for the interior upholstery of any of the BRABUS 800 Adventure XLP vehicles. More than 206 distinct cockpit components, including trim panels, grips, controls, loudspeaker enclosures, and ventilation systems, all share a stunning Shadow Chrome wrap. The dashboard, outer airbag rim, armrest, headrest, and complete floor are all covered in leather. The middle sections of the cushions have perforations precisely implanted and coral embroidery.

The all-black cabin is just as dark and means inside as it is outside, and the high-quality furnishings make up for that. The foot wells and décor pieces also maintain the same layout, with carbon fiber and aluminum trim offering a light contrast.

Conclusion
A super truck is not purchased because it is inexpensive. There are certainly faster cars on the road, but they are probably not big trucks that skew the results. The Brabus 800 Adventure XLP’s capabilities are something we cannot contest. For a genuinely radical, one-of-a-kind vehicle, every aspect, including the building system, interior, and exterior, has been completely redone. This significant difference enables Brabus’ truck to traverse virtually any terrain and, based on this feature, qualifies it as the ideal option for the carriage of rescue tools and relief materials.
